Q - Can I modify or cancel my order?
At TAOTAO, we are committed to processing your orders swiftly. Once an order is confirmed and payment is accepted, it is promptly set for shipment. This means there is a very narrow window in which we can potentially stop the order before it is physically packed and allocated for dispatch.
To request a cancellation or modification, please email us at tingx9423@gmail.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and include your full name and order number. We will inform you of the possible actions we can take!
Q - What is your return policy?
We're sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with your new products! We want you to have the best experience possible with TAOTAO, which is why we're here to help. Just send us an email at tingx9423@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your package, including your order number, the name(s) of the product(s), and the reason for the return.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges/processing fees, and we do not offer exchanges for any of our products. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, and we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all returned orders.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to claim the order, or any other mistake on your part, we will charge you a shipping fee before resending or refunding the order.

Q - How long does it take to receive a refund?
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Q - What happens if my package is lost?
In the rare event that a package is deemed lost, the buyer will always be issued a full refund provided that shipping insurance was purchased at checkout. A package is considered lost if it is not delivered within 60 days. In such cases, you must contact us within 30 days so we can reship or refund your order.
Customs Duties
In some cases, there may be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs, and/or duty fees imposed by your destination country. These additional charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot determine these charges as customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers who reject their packages upon arrival due to failure to pay duty fees.
Customs clearance procedures may be required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, affecting our original delivery time. Delivery time for orders can be extended indefinitely by the delivery service for reasons beyond our control.
